Jesus commanded every disciple to reach and disciple others locally and globally. By intentionally sharing the gospel and weaving a discipleship net, every church can be a disciple making center and participate in God’s global redemptive plan by equipping its people to be obedient disciples who multiply by reaching and discipling others across the street or across the seas!

LEAD aims to serve the individual and local church by joining in its journey towards becoming missional, sharpening its vision to reach communities near and far by transforming its congregation into a mission army through a simple and replicable model of disciple-making. The training is especially useful in helping home-cell fellowships to grow organically in expanding the outreach of the church and multiplying disciples who do the same until a growing kingdom movement is formed within that space to influence the culture.
